A wonderfully complex Spanish red blend of Carignan and Garnacha hailing from the wine region of Empordà, on the border with Roussillon in France. Packed with juicy red and black berries, together with herbal and floral notes, coffee and liquorice character. Gallina de Piel is an exciting project from former Head Sommelier at three-Michelin-starred restaurant El Bulli, David Seijas.
