Cashcane Saloon Cask is a blend of aged rums from Barbados, Trinidad and Panama, all matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks. The liquid is bottled at 55% ABV, although it remains perfectly smooth. The nose is beautifully sharp and packed with woody, vanilla notes. The palate offers sweet notes, balanced by dried fruits, tobacco and coffee beans.
