The winery is known for producing a wide range of high-quality wines from various grape varieties, including Cabernet Franc, of which ever finer examples are being produced in the Central Valley of Chile. The 2021 Florest Cabernet Franc displays mouth-coating, spiced red and black berry fruits with dried flowers and hints of tobacco, along with firm tannins and fresh acidity.
