S.B.S. – which stands for Single Barrel Collection – is their ongoing series of single barrel rums from all over the world. This release is a white, unaged rum from the Dominican Republic, bottled at 57% ABV. Fragrant citrusy aromas dominate the nose followed by hints of white pepper and floral elements. The palate has a smooth, oily texture, suggesting lemon peel, sweet almonds and more floral undertones.
