Schubert Marion`s Vineyard Pinot Noir 2013 is a medium-bodied, single-vineyard red wine from the Wairarapa region of New Zealand. Marion’s Vineyard in Wairarapa is planted with the Pommard and the Abel clones of Pinot Noir. The grapes for this cuvée are 100% de-stemmed, cold-macerated and fermented in stainless steel vats. Left on skins for 3 weeks. The wine is aged in 35% new French oak barriques for 18 months. Supple and savoury with notes of plum and cherry compote and baking spice.
