Launched in 2020, Seven Tails is the brainchild of British bartender Joel Fraser. It is inspired by the seven stages of alchemy, an important part of the history of distillation. This is a unique blend of cognac, Armagnac and French brandy aged between 3-30 years, and finished in Port wine casks for an intense colour and deep flavour profile. Enjoy it neat or on the rocks with a premium mixer.
