Sin Gusano Jabali & Madrecuishe Amatlan

Formed in 2017, the Sin Gusano Project is a London-based business and social enterprise, which aims to inspire and educate mezcal consumers. This is a rarely seen ensemble of Jabalí and Madrecuishe that was matured in glass for a couple of years. On the nose, aromas of damp meadow with plenty of grassy and woody notes, a touch of starch and faint smoke. The palate opens up to butterscotch, followed by wet leather, more woody notes, vegetal undertones, all leading to a long caramel finish.
