Soul Growers El Mejor 2019 is a full-bodied blended red wine from the Barossa Valley of Australia. Working closely with vineyard owners in the Barossa, Soul Growers purchase only the finest fruit for their various cuvées. The El Mejor 2019 is a blend of 47.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47.5% Mourvedre and 5% Shiraz. Produced from the super-concentrated and tannic last part of the pressing of the grapes, this dense and complex red blend was matured for 21 months in 50% in new French oak and 50% American oak barrels.
