Villiera Wines is a family-operated winery situated in Stellenbosch, South Africa. It is renowned for its expertise in producing Cap Classique but also a diverse selection of red and white still wines. This Pinot Noir was meticulously hand-harvested in the early morning to preserve fruit quality. Following the harvest, 70% of the grapes underwent destemming using an antique hand de-stalker, adjusted to keep the berries intact, while the remaining 30% remained as whole bunches. Crafted from grapes sourced in the Hemel en Aarde Ridge.
