The very first batch of 3-year-old Australian whisky from Starward, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The nose combines Christmas cake, with a fair amount of ginger, vanilla and burnt sugar. The palate is packed with dried fruits, some sherry-soaked raisins, biscuit dough, shortbread and cinnamon sticks.
