This Australian single malt from Starward distillery spends time maturing in casks that previously held Australian red wine, such as Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose is packed with red fruits, strawberries and nuts. On the palate, expect honey, cinnamon and more red fruits, followed by a creamy nutty texture and a luscious mouthfeel with a touch of tannins.
