Founded by William Wemyss in 2005, Wemyss Malts is an independent bottling company offering a comprehensive selection of whiskies. As with all Wemyss Single Cask releases, this 12-year-old Strathclyde is named for its dominant flavours, Chocolate Mocha Cake. Strathclyde is the only remaining whisky distillery in Glasgow and is currently owned by French group Pernod Ricard.
