Sugrue The Trouble With Dreams 2017 is a vintage traditional-method sparkling wine produced in the South Downs of Sussex, England. A Champagne-style blend of 55% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier, partially fermented in old barriques, the 2010 offers top notes of lemon rind and crisp green apple with richer notes of stone fruit, biscuit and blanched nuts. Fine bubbles and a creamy mousse lead to a fine, long citrusy finish.
