Timo Mayer Syrah 2021 is a spicily aromatic single-vineyard Syrah from the Yarra Valley region of Australia. Germany-born winemaker Timo Mayer is well-known for his love of wholebunch Syrah. This cuvée is sourced from a section of the Bloody Hill vineyard in Yarra and produced with 100% whole bunches, with low levels of new oak and minimal additions. Spicy and flavourful, with plentiful texture balanced by fresh acidity.
