Vernaccia Biscondola is a superb white wine produced by Poderi del Paradiso in Tuscany. It is made from a blend of Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chardonnay grapes, with 10% of the Chardonnay added after fermentation. The wine is aged for 6 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new. The result is a structured white wine with golden hues and fine aromas of vanilla, orange blossom, honey, and wildflowers. On the palate, Biscondola is fresh and creamy, with a pleasant almond finish. It is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with food.
