Domaine Sylvain Cathiard et Fils is a family-owned wine estate currently run by Sébastien Cathiard. The Domaine has approximately five hectares of vines spread between Vosne-Romanée, Nuit-Saint-Georges and Chambolle-Musigny, including a tiny plot in Romanée-Saint-Vivant. This particular cuvée comes from the Premier Cru Aux Malconsorts, where Cathiard owns a 0.74-hectare plot. The 2021 vintage is still in its early stages of development and additional cellaring is recommended.
