Yatir Forest 2019 is a full-bodied, Bordeaux-style, kosher red wine from the Judean Hills region of Israel. The Yatir Winery was founded in 2000 as a joint venture between local grape growers and the Carmel Winery, who recognised the vast potential of the Yatir region. Forest is the flagship wine made from the best parcels of fruit from the vintage and is therefore slightly different each year. The 2019 is a blend of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Petit Verdot, 9% Malbec and 7% Cabernet Franc.
