Vietti’s single vineyard Ravera comes from a 2.7ha plot of old vines in Novello. Whilst initially a little coy, with air this offers up wonderful notes of black fruit, liquorice and wild flowers. The palate is powerful and expansive, coating the mouth with perfumed dark fruit and finishing with wonderful mineral-flecked freshness.
