Danbury Ridge Chardonnay 2021 is a medium-bodied white wine from Danbury Ridge Wine Estate in Essex, UK. This is the third Chardonnay produced at this up-and-coming English winery, and it is a worthy follow-up. Burgundian fermentation in 228l oak barrels was followed by maturation on gross lees in barrel for 12 months and in stell tanks for a further six months before the wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
