Ardbeg Heavy Vapours

A special edition single malt released in honour of Ardbeg Day 2023. Dr. Bill Lumsden, the mastermind behind this creation, dared to remove the copper purifier from the still, unlocking the full intensity of the heavy vapours. The outcome is a whisky that bends the familiar equilibrium of Ardbeg, playing with the interplay of fruit and smoke. On the palate, expect the intermingling flavours of invigorating peppermint, warm cardamom, luscious dark chocolate, and refreshing eucalyptus, all united by an untamed smokiness that lingers delightfully.
