Founded in the 1990s by a Piedmontese family of entrepreneurs, the Boroli estate is now run by 2nd generation, Achille Boroli. From ten hectares of vines that are spread across the three communes of Castiglione Falletto, Barolo and La Morra, Boroli produces classically-styled yet wonderfully approachable Nebbiolo. 2015 was a superb vintage for the Villero vineyard which spans 0.77 ha with vines aged 40 years on average. Aged in large oak barrels for 18 months. Ripe red fruits and spicy nuances on the nose. Succulent and rich on the palate with smooth tannins.
