Querciabella Camartina is a medium-to-full-bodied Supertuscan red made from an assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. It has been the estate`s signature blend since 1981. The wine is aged for at least 30 months before release. The Cabernet and Sauvignon are fermented and aged separately before blending. Fermentation takes place in large French oak casks and ageing in French oak barrels for 18 months. Camartina is only produced in optimal vintages, which combined with limited production ensures the highest attention to detail.
