Domaine Gauby is a winery located in the Roussillon region, positioned 20km northwest of Perpignan. The estate gained prominence under the stewardship of Gérard Gauby, who assumed control in 1985 and transitioned from selling wines in bulk to the local cooperative to bottling his own creations. He is often credited with bringing the Roussillon region to the attention of wine enthusiasts worldwide. Jasse Blanc is a Muscat-based wine produced using full skin maceration during fermentation. A charming orange wine from southern France.
