Domaine Gauby Jasse Blanc 2022

Domaine Gauby La Jasse Blanc 2022 is a dry, skin-macerated white wine produced from Muscat grapes in the Côtes Catalanes appellation of Roussillon, south-west France. Domaine Gauby is one of the most respected winegrowers in the Roussillon region, producing an exemplary range of terroir-driven wines with a commitment to biodynamic farming and minimal intervention in the cellar. La Jasse Blanc is a blend of Muscat Blanc à Petit Grains with a small percentage of Muscat of Alexandria. It spends 20 days on skins and is matured for seven months in Stockinger oak foudres. Expect a finely textured wine with intense aromas of peach and orange blossom, with notes of flowers and citrus.
