Located in the picturesque Piedmont region of northwest Italy, Travaglini Gattinara is a prominent wine producer. The estate`s primary focus lies in crafting Nebbiolo-based wines, sourced from 44 hectares of meticulously cultivated vineyards in Gattinara. Established in 1920 by Clemente Travaglini, the estate`s management was passed on to his son, Arturo Travaglini, in 1958. Today, Cinzia Travaglini leads the operations and her husband, Massimo Collauto, is currently the chief winemaker. This is a rare bottle from the 1957 vintage, marked by a warm and dry growing season, allowing the grapes to ripen consistently and fully.
