Keermont Amphitheatre 2016

Keermont Vineyards is a boutique winery that focuses on creating wines that express the unique terroir of their estate. They practice environmentally conscious farming methods and minimal intervention in the winemaking process. The 2016 Amphitheatre is a blend of 80% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot, and 10% Malbec. This wine showcases the elegance and complexity that Stellenbosch red wines are known for. Expect notes of red and black fruits like cherries, currants and blackberries, along with notes of violets, herbs and spices. The wine can be enjoyed now, but it also has the potential to develop further with some additional cellaring.
