This expression from Lagg Distillery, situated on the Isle of Arran, underwent primary maturation in Bourbon barrels and a subsequent six-month finishing period in Oloroso sherry hogsheads supplied by Miguel Martin. It was bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. The nose evokes aromas of bitter chocolate and spiced summer berries. On the palate, the spirit is rich and mouth-watering, featuring notes of charred embers and hazelnuts.
