Rochelt Blackcurrant 2014

Rochelt Blackcurrant 2014 is a premium blackcurrant eau-de-vie produced at the Rochelt distillery in Tirol, Austria. Based in the village of Fritzens, Rochelt is an Austrian producer of super-premium eaux-de-vie. The company was founded in 1989 by Günter Rochelt and is now run by his son-in-law, Alexander Rainer, assisted by a small team. This 2014 vintage blackcurrant expression combines three traditional varieties grown in Styria, southeast of Austria. Bottled unfiltered at 50% ABV, the spirt is complex and fruity, with subtle medicinal notes.
