Rochelt Der Inntaler 2011 is a premium eau de vie from the boutique Austrian distillery Rochelt. A special release from Rochelt, this is a unique blend of quince, Williams pear and raspberry eaux-de-vie. Distilled in 2011 and matured for a minimum of 10 years, the spirit reveals notes of honey jelly, quince preserve, baked pears and raspberry sorbet. The expression is named after the Inntal, a broad river valley situated in the distillery’s vicinity.
