Rochelt Quince 2011 is a premium quince-based eau de vie from the boutique Austrian distillery Rochelt. Produced from Ronda quinces grown in Upper Austria, this elegant eau de vie is matured in glass demijohns for eight years before being bottled in the iconic Rochelt flask. Complex and full-bodied with delicate fruit notes and hints of caraway and cardamom.
