Saurint Sauvignon Blanc Miani 2021

Enzo Pontoni of Miani is one of Italy`s premier producers of white wines. His white [and red] wines have attained cult status, celebrated for their remarkable depth of flavour and concentrated texture, yet always maintaining a sense of lightness and balance. The `Saurint Sauvignon Blanc` is derived from organically cultivated vineyards, where Sauvignon grapes are hand-harvested. The fermentation process utilizes selected yeasts in French oak barrels, followed by a maturation of 10 months in French oak and 6 months in stainless-steel tanks. The wine undergoes an additional refinement period of 9 months in the bottle.
