Produced by Sullivans Cove in Tasmania, this expression forms part of the distillery’s ‘Special Cask’ collection, a label reserved for their rarest whiskies. Batch 11 was released in September 2021 as a cellar door exclusive. The liquid was aged for 12 years in ex-Apera casks and bottled at 47.5% ABV. Expect indulgent notes of shortbread, apricot jam, mocha, vanilla beans, figs and creamy coconut.
