Bibi Graetz only found his eponymous winery in 2000 but rapidly built a solid reputation for his wines, with Testamatta being a centrepiece of his portfolio. This is a 100% Sangiovese single varietal, from old vines of up to 50 years old. The wine has a delicate bouquet of cherry, berry, bark, with some floral and truffle scents. It’s a full-bodied wine, with arresting minerality and complexity. Testamatta 2018 was awarded a perfect 100 points by Jane Anson from Decanter.
