Concha Y Toro Don Melchor 2009 is a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from the Alto Maipo Valley of Chile. Don Melchor is the jewel in the crown of the Concha y Toro portfolio. It is named after the founder of the estate, Don Melchor de Concha y Toro, who founded what would go on to become one of the most successful wine companies in the world, in 1883. The wine is produced from Cabernet vines in the prime Andes-influenced terroir of Puente Alto in Alto Maipo. "Complex aromas in this with mint, eucalyptus and currants.
